·         Developed the TurnKey Home Inspection System Training Curriculum which was approved by the New York State DOS Bureau of Educational Standards

·         He is a ASHI Certified Home Inspector since 1998

·         Is approved by the New York State Department of State Bureau of Educational Standards as a Home Inspector Instructor

·         Past President of the Western New York Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
